15 Cityplace
15 Cityplace will feature almost 1 million square feet inclusive of more than 60,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space and 40,000 square feet of programmable outdoor space. Both buildings have been designed to create a more sustainable and well-connected neighborhood that looks beyond the buildings and considers the entire community.

West Palm Point
West Palm Point is the World Class A+ office tower that serves as the iconic gateway into Downtown West Palm Beach. This premier office tower stands at 338 feet tall with 23 stories, encompassing 470,000 SF of Class A+ office space. Uniting sculptural form, advanced energy efficiency, and outdoor spaces for gathering and leisure.
West Palm Point is a Cohen Brothers Realty project.
