For over a decade and a half Charisma Kendrick-Adams worked in Corporate America in Sales & Marketing and Client Relationship Management for Construction, Pharmaceutical, and Financial Services industry employers leading a number of campaign launches and development projects resulting in significant gains for her organizations.

Today this wife, mother, author, and award-winning business strategist spends her time working in the areas of public involvement, politics, and construction development under her consultancy, Articulate Consulting Group and owns and operates a lifestyle boutique and lounge in the heart of West Palm Beach, Faith & Flyness.

Charisma is a member of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators, the National Black Professional Lobbyist Association, Women in Technology International, and the Win with Black Women Political Committee. She is the Chair of the FlyFaith Foundation and also serves on the board of Sojourners with Healing Hearts, P.R.O.P.E.L., and the National Black Business League. In 2019 Charisma was named one of South Florida’s Most Powerful & Influential Black Business Leaders by Legacy Magazine.

Charisma is a proud wife of 18 years and mother to three world changers. When she isn’t drinking obnoxious amounts of coffee, you can find Charisma somewhere with a MacBook in her hand either making things or making things happen.
